Set a Holiday

  1. Browse Voice > Auto Attendants
  2. Choose your Auto Attendant and click Edit
  3. Find your way through the Auto Attendant until you get to the Call flows during holidays section
  4. Click Add
    1. Choose your time and date you want it for - say for example, Christmas
    2. Add a greeting message
    3. Divert the call as you wish - Voicemail, external mobile, a Teams enabled user or even another auto attendant or call queue
  5. Apply and finish
