Set a Holiday
- Browse Voice > Auto Attendants
- Choose your Auto Attendant and click Edit
- Find your way through the Auto Attendant until you get to the Call flows during holidays section
- Click Add
- Choose your time and date you want it for - say for example, Christmas
- Add a greeting message
- Divert the call as you wish - Voicemail, external mobile, a Teams enabled user or even another auto attendant or call queue
- Apply and finish
