General phone calls
- Logon to Teams Admin Center
- Browse Analytics & Reports > Usage Report
- Select PSNT and SMS (preview) usage
- Select 7 days (maximum is 90 days)
- From here you can see how calls routed
User level calls
- Logon to Teams Admin Center
- Browse Users > Manage Usrs
- Find the user in question and click on their name
- Click Meetings & Calls
- Observe ongoing and past calls
